Rockford-Traci Lynn Hecox, 48, 0f Rockford passed away peacefully at 5:45 p.m. Monday, October 27, 2014. Born November 15, 1965 in Rockford, Illinois, daughter of Earl Baker and Sandra (Mick) Donovan. Married Rodney L. Hecox August 9, 1991. Traci was devoted to her family and friends. She worked as a Bridal Consultant and took great pride in seeing that each bride she worked with felt beautiful.
There was never a dull moment with Traci, as her sense of humor was like no other. She strived to keep everyone positive with a smile on their face, even during the hardest times. Traci enjoyed traveling with her husband, time with family and friends, attending her daughters’ sporting events and days by the pool. Traci was caring and selfless, putting all others before herself.

Survivors include her husband Rodney. Six children, Karac, Kaelin, Kaimberlyn, Kallison, Madilyn and Mallory. Grandchildren, Sam and Jameson. Mother, Sandra (Mick) Donovan. Sister, Jenny (Jeff) Risch. Maternal Grandmother, Jeannette Temporali. Predeceased by her father Earl and special grandmother Catherine Baker.
