Victoria B. Hansen

Victoria B. Zernia Hansen, 79, of Delafield, Wisconsin and currently of Rockford, Illinois, found peace at home after a brief battle with cancer, in Rockford, on December 8, 2014. She was born August 3, 1935 in Prentice, Wisconsin.
She is survived by daughter, Carol (Douglas) Engebretson; son, Albert J. (Gail) Zernia; sister, Angeline (John) Gepfert; brother, R. John Schutze; step-children, Jeffrey (Rhonda) Hansen, Gregory Hansen and Karen (George) Panos; grandchildren, Robert, AJ, Zoe, Craig, Erik, Lily and Anders; and other relatives and friends. Predeceased by her parents, John and Elizabeth (Siok) Schutze; husbands, Albert John Zernia II and Fred Hansen; foster daughter, Tamara Sonnenberg.
Per Victoria’s request, a graveside ceremony will be at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at Wisconsin Memorial Park Cemetery in Brookfield, Wisconsin.
