William N. Sullivan

William N. Sullivan, 71 of Rockford, died Thursday, February 28, 2008 at Provena Cor Mariae Center. Born July 7, 1936 in Rockford, son of William F. and Berneita (Murphy) Sullivan. Served in the United States Army. Worked at Amcore Bank for 25 years retiring in 1998. Member of St. Bernadette Catholic Church. Family would like to extend a sincere thank you to all his friend and the staff at Provena Cor Mariae. Survivors include his brother, Paul J. Sullivan; sister, Sister Eileen Sullivan; sister-in-law, Virginia Sullivan; nieces, Mary (Brent) Sullivan-Hayward, Therese Sullivan and Laura (Allen) Godin; nephew, Daniel Sullivan; great niece and nephews, Harrison Sullivan-Hayward, Cory, Emily, Kyle and Ryan Godin. Preceded in death by his parents and brother, James Sullivan. Funeral Mass Tuesday, March 4, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 2400 Bell Ave with Rev. Dan Peters officiating. Interment in Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9-9:45 a.m. the Parish Hall at church. Memorials may be made to the family.
