Alice Ann (Ewert) Beversdorf passed away on September 9, 2025, at the age of 77, after a long battle with progressive supra nuclear palsy. She was born on July 2, 1948, in Iola, Wisconsin, daughter to Harven and Gertrude (Lindow) Ewert. She went on to graduate from Little Wolf High School on May 27, 1966, and subsequently from the Wisconsin College of Cosmetology in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Alice was a cosmetologist for her entire life, but she was also a cook, bartender, sales rep and hostess. Outside of her professional endeavors, she loved to be outdoors and any outdoors activity. She enjoyed time in her yard planting flowers and trimming, she was a fisher lady, and a golfer. She also enjoyed spending time bowling.
Alice suffered from that horrible disease for over five years, the last 19 months at Generations at Neighbors, a nursing home in Byron, Illinois.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Robert and her brother, William Ewert. She is preceded in death by her parents Harven and Gertrude Ewert.
