Allen K. Laube

Allen Laube, 41, of Rockford, passed away Thursday, January 3, 2013 in OSF St. Anthony Medical Center after a sudden illness. He was born on December 22, 1971 in Marshfield, WI.; the son of Kenneth and Sharon Laube. He graduated from Colby High School in Colby WI. Allen had worked for Ingersoll for many years and then went to work for Southern Imperial as an electrician. Survivors incude his parents, Kenneth and Sharon of Colby, WI; brothers, Steve Laube of Carol Stream and Darren (Katherine) Laube of Bartlett, IL; nephew, Vincent; niece, Amber; stepnephew, Robert; aunts, Lorraine Laube and Janet Laube both of Marshfield, WI and uncle, Harvey Matson of Colby, WI. Predeceased by two aunts, Norma Zaldo and Joyce Degenhardt. Memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, 1860 S. Mulford Rd., Rockford with Reverend Randy Young officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until time of service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
