Rockford- Amalia "Molly" Revell, 94 of Rockford passed away 9:05 am Monday, June 16, 2014 at St. Anne's Center. Molly was born May 29, 1920 in Rockford the daughter of Umberto & Costantina (Marsili) Branca. Graduated Rockford Central High School. She worked for JL Clark, Weise, and Mr. Edwards Shoes and Fashion. Married Robert Revell in Rockford on October 19, 1946; he predeceased her in May 2001. Molly was member of Holy Family Catholic Church and St. Ambrose Ladies Auxiliary. Molly was an avid reader, bridge card player and will be remembered for her cooking and baking. She was a sports enthusiast. She enjoyed participating in bowling and golf leagues, and watching her beloved Chicago White Sox. During her life she played for the Rockford Industrial Women's League, where she played a preliminary game prior to a Rockford Peaches game.
Survivors include daughter Janice ( Robert) Jakeway; son Michael (Polly) Revell; grandchildren Mark (Erica) Jakeway and Thomas (Bryn) Jakeway, and Madeline Revell; great grandchildren Alaster, Hudson, and Egan Jakeway; sister-in-law Betty Branca, numerous nieces, nephews, and special cousin Joanne Liberatori. Predeceased by Parents, Husband, Brothers Carl and Harry Branca and Sister Anita Blecker.

Funeral mass will be 3 pm Friday, June 20, 2014 at Holy Family Catholic Church with the Rev. Gerard Christianson officiating. Burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation from 2 pm until time of mass.
