Betty M. Davis

Betty M. Davis, 98, Rockford, passed away Wednesday, January 20, 2021, at River Bluff Nursing Home. She was born May 12, 1922, in West Frankfurt, IL. Betty married George Foster Davis on June 30, 1937, and he passed away October 1, 1991. She and her husband owned Red’s Used Furniture store on Broadway for many years.
Survived by her daughter, Nora (Robert “Bob”) Ferger of Machesney Park; 11 grandchildren, her many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; her sons-in-law, Orlando Ham and Jim Heidenreich. Predeceased by her husband and her 3 daughters, Patricia Ham, Judy Burnette, and Barbara Heidenreich.
