Charlene Litteral

Charlene Litteral, 51, of Rockford, passed away at 3:24pm on Sunday, September 16, 2007, in her home. Born January 7, 1956, in LePanto, Arkansas; the daughter of E.C. Lamb and Ethelene Malone. Married Steve A. Litteral, Sr. in Rockford on November 7, 1974. Charlene was a member of the Harmony Singing Society, Baltic Club and the Harmony Ladies Auxillary. She loved gardening and singing, especially with the Harmony Ladies Singers. Survivors include her husband, Steve; sons, Steve A. Litteral, Jr. and Kenneth H. Litteral; her parents; brothers; Rick and Benny Lamb, both of Arkansas, Steve and Lowell Lamb, both of Rockford , J.C. Lamb of Beloit, WI and Keith Lamb of Oakland, TN; maternal mother-in-law, Barbara Graley; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Debbie and Ron Porter, all of Huntington W. VA and paternal father-in-law and step mother-in-law, Millard and Jackie Litteral, Columbus, OH., many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 10:30am on Friday, September 21, 2007, at Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Rd. Rockford, IL 61108. Burial in Arlington Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 5 to 7pm Thursday, September 20, at the funeral home and also from 9:30 to 10:30am on Friday.
