Daniel E. Dan Collins, 56, Monroe Center, passed away Saturday, July 30, 2011, at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center.nbsp; He was born November 30, 1954, in Rockford the son of Darrel E. and Virginia M. (Wiltfang) Collins. Dan married Terri Price in Oregon on June 4, 1984.nbsp; He was a welder for Rockford Sanitary Systems.
Survived by his wife, Terri; daughter, Jamie Flaningam of Loves Park; son, Bryan Collins of Monroe Center; grandchildren, Aiden Michael Collins, Evan Scott Collins and Riley Reynae Flaningam; his parents, Darrel and Virginia Collins; brother, Rich (Mary Jo) Collins of Rockford; sister, Kathleen (Allen) Held of Ariz.; several nieces and nephews.nbsp; Predeceased by grandpa, nbsp;John Wiltfang and Harry and Gladys Stivers.
Funeral service will be 6:30pm, Thursday, August 4, 2011, at Fitzgerald Funeral Home and Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Rd. with Rev. Dean Parker officiating. Cremation rites will be accorded following the services.nbsp; Visitation from 5:00pm until time of service at the funeral home. To
