Belvidere - Dawn M. Bird-Murawski, 46, formerly of Valrico, FL, passed away at 5:04 a.m. on Tuesday, August 11, 2015. Born February 2, 1969 in Elgin, the daughter of Lewis “Jack” & Bernadette (Sweeney) Bird. Dawn received her MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management and her LPN from the Center for Allied Health & Nursing. Dawn was an avid reader and fan of both the Chicago Cubs and Bears. She enjoyed watching anything on TV especially "Supernatural" on TNT, going to the casino and watching people, but most of all she loved spending time with her children and family.
Survivors include children Travis, Jessica, Cheyenne & Kyle Murawski; parents Lewis and Bernadette Bird; brother Michael (Natalie) Bird, sisters Lisa (Francis) Tacopina and Jennifer (Torrey) Jones; and Auntie/Godmother Madeleine Donahue; numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by Maternal and Paternal grandparents.
Services will be private with the Rev. Randy Young officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the NephCure Kidney International Organization at www.nephcure.org/donate
