Debra Lynn McKinney, 67, of Belvidere, passed away at home on Thursday, July 10, 2025. She was born in Rockford, IL on August 12, 1957, to Theodore and Mary (Doherty) Misuraca.
She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, who will be missed greatly.
