Dominick Perrecone

Dominick Perrecone, 87, of Rockford, passed away on Wednesday, August 11, 2010 in Heritage Woods. Born June 18, 1923 in Rockford; the son of Charles and Anna (Perrecone) Perrecone. Dominick was employed with Illinois Growth Enterprises and Aunt Marys.

Survivors include his brothers, Joseph (Cappy) and Sam (Marie sister-in-law, Marian Perrecone and many loving nieces and nephews. Many thanks to the Festa Italiana committee and his co-volunteer workers. For 32 years it brought joy for Dominick to be present and celebrate his Italian heritage. Dominic was looked after by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents; brothers, Peter, Carl, Mike, Frank Chico and Charles.

Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00am on Saturday, August 14, 2010 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church with Franciscan Friars officiating. Burial in St. Mary/St. James Cemetery.
