Doris French Pennington

Doris French Pennington, 99, Rockford, formerly of Longboat Key, FL for the last 40 years, passed away Thursday, May 4, 2017, at Sienna on Brendenwood. She was born March 28, 1918, in Edwardsburg, MI the daughter of Ford and Katherine (Barber) French. She was a graduate of Michigan State University. Doris married Willis Pennington in 1944 and he passed away in 2005. She was a flight attendant for American Airlines.
Survived by her son William “Bill” (Deborah) Pennington; her grandson, Christopher Pennington; her great grandchildren, Hannah C. and Marcus A. Pennington.
