Dyann Chouinard

Dyann Pearl Chouinard, 74, Rockford, passed away Saturday, May 18, 2013, in the home of her daughter, surrounded by her loving family. She was born December 12, 1938, in Colgate, Wisconsin, the daughter of William and Lily (Guetzke) Gildemeister. Dyann married Edward Thomas Chouinard. He passed away on March 15, 2001. She enjoyed playing Bingo and going to the casinos.

Survived by her children, Debra Ingram of Rockford, Alan Chouinard of Rockford, Linda Ancona of Loves Park, and Michael (fiance, Sherry Rodgers) Chouinard of Rockford; grandchildren, Lori Ingram, Tina (Bill) Brauer, Lisa (Joel) Gonzales, Bobby Ingram, Sr and Billy Ingram, Christopher (Tiffany) Chouinard, Jeffery (Dusty) Chouinard, Lucas Chouinard, Shane Bonds, Nicole (Jason) Ancona-Leezer, Desteny Chouinard, Jennifer Betts, and Devin Rodgers; 26 great-grandchildren; sister, Bernice (Victor) Schroeter; sister and brother-in-law, Dale and Shirley Taylor; many nieces and nephews including her special niece, Carol Oberdorf. Predeceased by her parents, husband, Edward, several brothers and sisters and her son-in-law, Joseph Ingram.

Visitation will be from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm, with a time of sharing at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, May 22, 2013, at Fitzgerald Funeral Home and Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Rd. Cremation rites will be accorded. Share online condolences at www.fitzgeraldfh.com.
