Eileen Cooper

Eileen Cooper, 82, of Rockford passed away on Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at Provena St. Annes Center.nbsp; Born on a family farm on April 26, 1930 to Gust and Hildur Anderson in Ortonville, MN.nbsp; Eileen was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith.nbsp; She began formal education in a one room schoolhouse.nbsp; When still in grade school, the family moved into town.nbsp; She graduated from Ortonville High School in 1948.nbsp; Eileen married Arlynn Cooper and moved to Rockford, where two children were born, Pam and Craig.nbsp; She worked for many years as a private secretary.nbsp; The family would like to give a special thank you to the staff at Hall D at Provena St. Annes for all their kindness and compassion.nbsp; Remember me with smiles and laughter for that is how I will remember you.nbsp; If you can only remember me with tears and sadness, then dont remember me at all.

Left to mourn is her wonderful daughter, Pam; a niece; 4 nephews; 6 godchildren; and 2 special women considered daughters, Jill Butitta and Bette Leque.nbsp; Predeceased by her parents, husband, Arlynn, son, Craig, and brothers, Art and Warner.
