Eulogia Pereira, 112, of Rockford, died on Friday, January 9, 2015. Born on March 11, 1902, to Manuel and Juana Pereira, in La Mesa De Guadalupe, Jalisco, Mexico. Eulogia is survived by her daughter, Amelia Flores; son, Miguel Cabral; also including her 14 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, and 17 great-great grandchildren and sister, Micaela. Funeral Mass will be 10:00 am, Thursday, January 15, 2015, at St’s. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, 617 Lincoln Avenue, Rockford, IL, 61102. Visitation will be 5-8pm, Wednesday, January 14, 2015, at Fitzgerald Funeral Home, Mulford chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Rd and continues on Thursday at church from 9:00 am until time of Mass. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Eulogia’s family.
