Frances Hall

Frances Hall, 83, of Loves Park, passed away at 4:07 a.m. on Tuesday, February 13, 2007. Born on July 15, 1923 in Queen City, MO; daughter of Ernest and Emma (Myers) Riley. Married Milford A. Hall on June 2, 1951, he predeceased her on December 3, 1970. Frances was the City Clerk and Mayor of Queen City, MO. Prior to that she was a bookkeeper at Morris Tile & Appliance, Morris, IL. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star in Kirksville, MO. Survivors include her daughter, Sandy Snodgrass of Machesney Park; granddaughter, Becky (Brian) Pelc of Machesney Park; sister, Marjorie Edmaiston of Hixson, TN and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, 3 brothers and son-in-law, Rich Snodgrass. No services will be held at this time. Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S.
