Gary A. Larson

Gary A. Larson, 75, passed away on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, in his hometown of Rockford. He was born on January 9, 1950, son to Stanley and Doris Larson. He went on to graduate from Guilford High School and Rock Valley College. Gary was a United States Army Vietnam War Veteran, but he spent most of his adult life working in sales and services of wholesale residential building supplies. His free time was devoted to his Harley Davidson, and to the Chicago Bears.

Gary is predeceased by his parents, and his son Jared. Survived by his loving wife of 24 years, Candy; daughters Kristin Circelli and Jessica Schick, son-in-law Lonnie Schick; grandchildren Marisa and Morgan Circelli, Austin Nystrom and bonus grandson Colton Schick; brother and sister-in-law Dennis and Kathy Larson.

A funeral service will take place on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, 1860 S. Mulford Road, Rockford, Illinois 61108.
