Gerry E. Stromberg

Gerald E. Stromberg, 78, of Rockford, died Monday, January 19, 2015. Born on April 17, 1936, to Einer and Svea (Larson) Stromberg, in Rockford. Gerald was proud to have voluntarily served in the United States Army in the Vietnam War. Gerry was an avid dog lover, a devoted gardener, and really enjoyed birdwatching. He is survived by his sister, Gloria Bromberg; and preceded in death by his parents. A private family burial will be held on a later date.
