Jacob Paul Frisella

July 9, 1992 — June 11, 2014

Jacob Paul Frisella, 21 of Machesney Park, died Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center. He was born on July 9, 1992 in Rockford the son of Todd Frisella and Shelly (Cox) Ciaccio. A graduate of Harlem High School class of 2010 Jake was employed for Ventra of Belvidere and was a member of the UAW Local 1268. He was an avid car enthusiast and enjoyed driving his cars, working on them and just hanging out with his friends discussing new ways to make them better and faster. He will always be remembered for his big heart, his compassion for others, his love for physical fitness, his daily motivations and the smile he gave you to cheer up your day and make everyone happy. Jake's family made a very respectful decision and donated his organs to save the lives of numerous people, even in death, he lives on. The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone that has stepped forward and given support at this most difficult time.
Survivors include his mom, Shelly (Rob) Ciaccio; father, Todd (Shelly) Frisella; brothers, Evan (Jenna Schneider) Frisella, Drake Perez, Robbie Ciaccio, Spencer Frisella, Bryce Frisella, Dino (Jessie Persing) Zahirovic and Damir (Crystal Mazzei) Zahirovic; sisters, Haley Ciaccio and Madyson Frisella; special friend and her daughter, Sydney and Neleh Kirwan; maternal grandparents, Paul (Charlotte) Cox, Jr. and Tony (Glenda) Ciaccio; paternal grandparents, Sam (Linda) Frisella and Bonnie (Robert) McHoes and numerous family and close friends.
A time of sharing and open microphone will be held on Wednesday, June 18, 2014 from 1-2:30 p.m. At Fitzgerald Funeral Home and Crematory, Mulford chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Rd. with a visitation from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. A memorial fund is established at 5th/3rd Bank c/o Jacob Paul Frisella Memorial, 1101 Kingsley Drive Machesney Park, IL 61115.
