James E. Watson

James E. ""Jim"" Watson, 82 of Rockford passed away on March 11, 2008. Born May 23, 1925 in Evanston, IL to Ellsworth J. and Genevive (Holleran) Watson. He proudly served in the US Army during WWII and received a Purple Heart. Jim is survived by his wife Jane, children Tery (Ed) Rafferty, Wendy (John) Stewart, Jill Mueller, Suzy Watson, James E. ""Ike"" (Martina) Watson, Mary (Russ) McKinney, Kate Drennan, Michael (Carrie) Watson and Matt (Liz) Watson. Grandchildren Ian, Rachel, A.J., Kate, Aimee, Jesse, Jenny, Becca, Kristen, Chris, Nyssa, Nicholas, Alyssa, Alexie, Kristen, Steven, Noah, Aiden, Chloe and Tristan. Great-grandchildren Lexie, David, Riley, Garrett, Nathaniel, Mishel, Jensen and Jake. Predeceased by his parents and sister Gene. Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S.
