James "Jim" F. Froemming

James "Jim" F. Froemming, 96, of Rockford, passed away June 22, 2019 at Crimson Pointe. Born August 1, 1922 in Marion, IN; the son of Paul G. and Ruth F. (Foster) Froemming. He married Lila D. Washicheck on August 10, 1945 in Milwaukee, WI. Lila preceded Jim in death on February 1, 2005.
Jim, a U.S. Airforce Veteran of WWII, retired from Rock Valley College where he taught Aviation Technology for 24 years.
He was the last survivor of his immediate family.
At Jim's request, no services are scheduled.
