Rockford James James Liberatore, 65 of Rockford passed away Saturday, October 17, 2009 at 10:45 a.m. Born May 27, 1944 in Philadelphia, PA to John amp; Kathleen Liberatore. Served in the US Navy as a 1 st class Petty Officer during the Cuban Missile Crisis. James married Lynda (Libby) Liberatore in Irving, Texas on August, 21 1975. National sales manager for Atotech. Was a member of the Masonic Organization and National Wallpaper Guild.



Survived by his wife, Lynda; daughters, Terri Paduana of Poplar Grove and Connie (Scott Richey) Gentry of Dallas, TX; Grandchildren, Lyndsey Paduana of Poplar Grove and Jaiden Richey of Dallas, TX.



Funeral Service 11 a.m. Saturday, October 24, 2009 at Fitzgerald Funeral Home amp; Crematory 1860 S. Mulford Rd., with Chaplain Ed Greenfield officiating. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, October 23, 2009 at Fitzgerald Funeral Home amp; Crematory. Visitation will continue from 9 until 9:45 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
