Jessica E. Biggers

Jessica Elizabeth Biggers, age 41, passed away on Thursday , May 28, 2026.

Jessica was born in Phoenix, AZ, the daughter of David and Denise (Meek) Kandiziolka, She attended college and went on to work for A & B Frieght in customer service for many dedicated years.

Jessica's younger years included gymnastics and spending time playing on the computer. This is where she met Daniel, her husband. They spent may years conversing and spending time together before she moved up to Rockford Illinois to be with Daniel right after high school graduation. Since that moment, they were inseparable.

Jessica was an avid baker. She loved making sweet treats and fresh-out-of-the-oven sourdough bread for her family. Baking was an exact science to her, which she declared was better than cooking everyday meals like dinner. She enjoyed spending time with her family, and had never spent more than one day away from her husband because she loved him so much. She liked reading novels with a fluffy blanket and a comfy couch. She loved traveling and camping out in the rough.

Surviving relatives include her loving husband Daniel Biggers; cherished daughters Siera and Alexandria Biggers; mother Denise Kandziolka; siblings Michael & Elizabeth Kandziolka; Aunts and Uncles Dave & Joy Meek, Dan & Rosie Meek, Charles & Sandra Kandziolka, Mike Kandziolka, Richard Kandziolka, Joe & Debbie Kandziolka; cousins Laura, Kathy, Charles, and Jim Kandziolka, Shannell, Tasha, Terra and Mathew Meek and Danielle Roman. Jessica is predeceased by her father David Kandziolka (Feb. 2025) and her Aunt Susan Kandziolka (Nov. 2025).

A funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm on Sunday, June 7, 2026, Fitzgerald Funeral Home, Mulford Chapel, with visitation from 12:00 pm until the time of service.
