Kevin Orr

Kevin (Cubby) James Orr, 55, Rockford passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2012. Born November 16, 1956; the son of Harold and Margaret (Mayfield) Orr. A lifelong resident of Rockford, Kevin worked for Kitzmans and then started his own business, Kevin Orr Remodeling, 20 years ago. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and was a lifelong Chicago Bears and Nascar fan. Kevin was a devoted husband and father and was always ready to lend a helping hand. He will be truly missed by all who loved him and by those whose lives he touched.

He is survived by his wife, Christine; daughters, Katy (Facundo) Agriel and Sarah Orr; brothers, Steven (Elna) Orr and Craig (Deb) Orr; sister, Kim Orr; brotherinlaw, Chuck (Nancy) Cook; sisterinlaw, Coralee Cook; several nieces and nephews; special greatnephew and greatniece, Elijah and Annika Orr. Predeceased by parents.

Memorial service will be at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at Fitzgerald Funeral Home, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Rd. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
