Lucille F. Johnson

Lucille F. Johnson, 93, of Rockford, passed away on Thursday, July 5 at SwedishAmerican Hospital. Born December 14, 1918 in Rockford; daughter of Anthony and Jennie (DAntonio) Cannova. Lucille was employed at Barber Colman Company for 26 years. Member of Holy Family Catholic Church. She enjoyed gardening, traveling, cooking and baking.Survivors include her daughters, Kristine of Peru and Linda (Gary) Barker of Streamwood; grandson, Kevin (Constance) Barker of Glendale Heights and greatgranddaughter, Adrianna. Predeceased by her husband, Harold Johnson; 2 brothers and 3 sisters.Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, July 9, 2012 at Holy Family Catholic Church , 4401 Highcrest Rd. with Father Edward Seisser officiating. Burial in Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until time of Mass Monday at the church. Memorials may be made to Poor Clares Corpus Christi Monastery or to the family. Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, 1860 S. Mulford Rd. assisted the family.
