Margaret Dorothy Drugles, 95, Rockford, passed away Monday, February 7, 2011. At Alpine Fireside Health Center.nbsp; She was born August 9, 1915.; in Alderson, Oklahoma, the daughter of Adolf and Maggie (Stravinsky) Herron.nbsp; Lived most of her life in Rockford.nbsp; She graduated from Rockford Central High School.nbsp; Margaret married Donald R. Magnuson in Rockford on April 20, 1940.nbsp; He passed away January 1, 1963. She then married William Drugles on November 18, 1972.nbsp; He passed away July 28, 1999.nbsp; Margaret worked in accounting at Sundstrand Corporation for 27 years, retiring in 1977.nbsp; She was a member of St. Edward Catholic Church, and past member of the Senior Club at the church.nbsp; She was an avid bowler.
Survived by her daughter, Patricia Adams of Rockford; grandchildren, Matthew Adams of Los Angeles, CA and Kathleen Adams of Portland, OR; sister, Mary Himbert of Oregon; nieces and nephews.nbsp; Predeceased by her husbands, Donald Magnuson and William Drugles; brothers, Anthony and John Herron; sisters, Julia Stoffield and Anna Verble.
Funeral Mass will be offered by Father Michael G. Black at 10:00am onnbsp; Thursday, February 10, 2011, at St. Edward Catholic Church, 3004 11 th St. Rockford, IL 6109.nbsp; Burial in Calvary Catholic Cemetery.nbsp; Visitation will be from 9:00am until service time at the church. nbsp;Arrangements by Fitzgerald Funeral Home and Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Rd. Rockford, IL 61108.nbsp; Memorials may be made to the Father Emmett Murphy Fund at St. Edward Catholic Church.
