Melinda Christina Hagaman

Melinda C. Hagaman, 30, of Rockford passed away Sunday, June 3, 2018. Born on December 15, 1987, in Denver, Colorado, the daughter of Mark and Janelle Melinda (Bea) Hagaman. Melinda was a Physical Therapist Supervisor of Outpatient Rehab Services at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center for 6 years. She was a Boylan Catholic High School Graduate and a member of St. Bridget Parish.
She is lovingly survived by her parents, Mark and Janelle; sister, Monique Hagaman; niece, Angelina; nephew, Jeremiah and fiancé, Jeff Fertitta.
Funeral mass will be at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at St. Bridget Catholic Church, 600 Clifford Avenue, Loves Park. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday at Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, Riverside Chapel, 3910 North Rockton Avenue and will continue on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. at St. Bridget Catholic Church.
