Michael R. Erwin

Michael R. Erwin, 50 Loving Husband and Father Michael R. Erwin, 50, of Belvidere died on Sunday, April 22, 2007 at Swedish American Hospital. Born July 29, 1956 in Hillsboro, the son of Charles Ray and Mary (Foster) Erwin. Graduate of Belvidere High School Class of 1974. Married his loving wife Mary Oddo on November 6, 1982 in Rockford. Worked for several years for the Illinois Tollway as a toll collector. He enjoyed gardening, cars, pets and was an avid online gamer. Survivors include his wife, Mary and daughter Michelle Erwin both of Belvidere; siblings, Doug Erwin of WI, Cheryl Erwin and Teresa (Mike) Futrell both of Rockford and several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 28, 2007 at 2 p.m. at Fitzgerald Funeral Home and Crematory, Mulford Chapel 1860 S. Mulford Rd. Inurnment will be private. Memorials may be made to the family.
