Nicholas "Nick" Falzone

Nicholas "Nick" Frank Falzone, 51, of Rockford passed away on Friday, July 25, 2014. Born December 1, 1962; son of Frank Falzone and Carol (Woody) Anderson. Nick worked for the Rockford Water Department for many years then moved to California and worked for CH2 M Hill.
Survivors include his children, Jeremy, Lyndsay, Ashely and Brandon Falzone; grandchildren, Adrianna, Olivia, Lieyla, Frank, Brayden, Jaxon, Trynady, Ricky, Jeffery, Evangelina and Kashton; brothers, Rick Falzone and Jacob Anderson; sisters, Tishka (Scott) Brantley, Deanna (Mark) Fritz and Sascha Anderson; mother, Carol (Woody) Anderson; father, Frank Falzone; mother of his children, Tammy Falzone and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial service will be held from 1:30 – 3:00pm Thursday, July 31, 2014 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 3645 W. Riverside Blvd., Rockford. Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 7:00pm on Wednesday, July 30, 2014 at Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, 3910 N. Rockton Ave. Rockford.
