Patricia Champlin

Patricia Pat Champlin, 73, of Rockford passed away Thursday, June 28, 2012 at Amberwood Nursing Home.nbsp; She was born July 24, 1938 in Beloit, the daughter of Margaret Peterson.nbsp; Pat lived in Rockford for 52 years, coming here from Beloit.nbsp; She married Lyle Champlin on May 14, 1955.

Survived by husband, Lyle; sons, Bud (Janet) Champlin and Brian (Kelly) Champlin; grandsons, Ty Champlin and Connor Champlin; sister, Ginger Westover and several nieces and nephews.nbsp; Predeceased by her daughter, Cindy Lou, sister, Annie Chamberlain and brother Bob Pete Peterson.

Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at Fitzgerald Funeral Home amp; Crematory, 1860 S. Mulford Road with Reverend Roger Carlson officiating.nbsp; Visitation will be from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Monday, July 2 at the funeral home.nbsp; Burial in East Lawn Cemetery to be held at a later date.
