Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 29, 2012 in Calvary Catholic Cemetery, 8616 West State Street. Memorials may be made to the Patrick Cesarek Memorial Fund, c/o Harris Bank, 2501 S. Alpine Rd. Rockford, IL 61108. The family was assisted by Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, Mulford Chapel.
