Paulette F. Fay, 58 of Rockford passed away April 29, 2007. Survived by Rick Jablonski, her former husband and father to her two children Cassie and Mark. Grandsons Michael and Stephen, sisters Rita (Salvatore) Ferenzi and Bonnie Fay, brother Arnold ""Arnie"" (Judy) Fay, many nieces and nephews and her best friend Wendy.
