R. Louise Palmgren, 65, of Rockford, passed away suddenly on Saturday, December 11, 2010 in her home. Born on October 29, 1945 in Rockford; the daughter of Chester and Ruth (Carlson) Pell.Survivors include her children, Teresa (David) Walden of Winnebago, Melissa (Jeffrey) Lewis of Sycamore and Robert Charles "Charlie", II (Amanda) Bell of Indianapolis; grandchildren, Adam (Heather), Austin and Emily Walden, Mariah, Kathryn, Rebekah, Zachary and Abigail Lewis; Linnea, Robert Charles "Robbie", III and Gracelynn Bell; sister, Sharyn (Roy) Anderson; brother, Tom (Judy) Pell and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents. Memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, December 16, 2010 from 5:00 - 7:00pm at Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Rd. Rockford, IL 61108. Cremation rites have been accorded. To
