Richard Peaslee

Richard "Dick" Peaslee, 80, of Durand, passed away on Sunday, June 15, 2014. Richard was born in Oak Park, IL to the late Dwight and Laura Elizabeth Peaslee. Beloved husband of 58 years to Carol, and loving father of Patricia Peaslee of Rockford, Victoria (Raymond) Hamilton of Chicago, Richard (Deidra) Peaslee of North Branch, MN, and Laura (Todd) Jones of St. Charles, IL. Fond grandfather of nine: Jennifer, Anthony, Richard, Maria, Thomas, Emerson, Natalie, Paige, and Keaton, and great-grandfather of six. Dick will be remembered for his wisdom and kindness, as well as his generosity and ever present sense of humor.
Memorial service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 21, 2014, at Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Road.
