Roger J. Kundert

Roger J. Kundert, 50, Rockford, passed away Friday, December 31, 2010, at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center. He was born October 22, 1960 in Rockford, the son of Merlyn and Marge (Rodgers) Kundert. He was a past member of Local 23, Plumbers and Pipefitters Union and received his journeyman certificate in 2004. He worked in the HVAC industry for 28 years. Roger was most recently employed by River City Millwork as a semi- truck driver. Roger was member of the LLL Society and the Plug and Pellet Club. He enjoyed trap shooting, fishing and hunting.Survived by his wife, Molly; step-son, Justin Timm; sister, Michelle Leparte and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents and a sister, Sue Beishir.A Celebration of Life gathering will be held at 2:00pm, Saturday, January 15, 2010, at the LLL Society, 1515 9 th St. Rockford, IL 61104, 815-965-2652.
