Shera Adams

Shera Adams, 57 of Rockford was reunited with her father Bill and sister Terrie on April 5, 2014. Shera was born July 18, 1956 in Cleveland, OH, the beautiful daughter of Bill and Pat Adams. She graduated from East High School in Rockford and Stevens College in Milwaukee. Shera was the office supervisor at SwedishAmerican Hospital for many years. Of the many things she enjoyed doing, gardening, interior decorating, fashion/design and shopping trips to Chicago were among her favorite. She was a wonderful, dedicated and loyal daughter, sister, aunt, cousin and friend who will be missed greatly by all. Survivors include her mother, Pat; nephew, Matt (Trisha) Case; very special cousins that she loved like brothers and sisters, John Latino, Patricia Schiavo, Michelene Domski, April Wortmann, Nicole Adams and Kim Schafer and her wonderful K9 companion, Tipper. The girls at the former Brookside location also held a special place in Shera's heart. She was preceded in death by her father Bill and sister, Terrie.
