Stephen Cooper

Stephen Cooper, 71, of Rockford, Illinois died peacefully Monday June 2, 2014, at home with his daughter, son in law and six grandkids. Born October 21, 1942 in Hinsdale, Illinois to Ruth and Edward Cooper, a 1963 graduate of Lyons Township High School, Stephen worked and retired from Electro-motive Division of General Motors. He will be greatly missed by all whose lives he touched.
Stephen is survived by his brother, Chuck Cooper of Ft. Pierce, Florida; Son, Williiam Cooper of Austin, Texas; Daughter, Amy (Doug) Cooper-Leaich; Grandchildren, Erica, Stephen, Jessica, Ashley, Austin, Cooper, Chey and Caleb. He was preceded in death by his parents Edward and Ruth Cooper and his grandson Colton Leaich.
