Sylvia M. Blake, 82, of Rockford passed away Tuesday, December 12, 2017. Born July 18, 1934, in Rockford, the daughter of Nicholas and Susan (Brown) Domkoski. Sylvia was an avid reader. She loved animals, especially cats.
Survived by her sisters, Carol Holden and Gloria (Etalo) Capovilla and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents and sister, Virginia Jurasek.
