Theodore Badell, Sr.

Theodore Ted Badell, Sr., 85, of Rockford passed away July 2, 2009. Born February 15, 1924 in Milwaukee, WI, the son of Joseph and Helen (Holaski) Biedrzycki. Ted proudly served in the United States Air Force during WWII as a B-17 Belly Gunner. His plane was the ?Screaming Eagle, and he served in 25 missions during the war. Survivors include his wife Frances, 6 sons, 9 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. Predeceased by his parents and one son. A Memorial Service will be held July 11, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at 515 Tower Drive, Rockford, Il 61108. The family was assisted by Fitzgerald Funeral Home amp; Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S.
