Timothy D. Carter

Timothy D. Carter passed away peacefully on June 15, 2022, in the Philippines. He was 68 years old.

Born on September 22, 1953 in Rockford, Illinois, Timothy lived a life marked by quiet strength and a love for simple pleasures. An avid fisherman and enthusiastic bowler, He found joy in casting a line and spending time at the lanes when he wasn't driving over the road.

Timothy is survived by his son, John C. Carter; brothers Ken (Laurie) and Bill; sisters Karen Thurow and Laurie (Chris Pielak); sister-in-law Janet; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Betty and Charles Carter; brothers Terry Carter (Janet) and Steve Carter (Jean); and brother-in-law John Thurow.

The family encourages honoring Timothy’s memory by casting a line into your favorite fishing spot or enjoying a game of bowling in his name.
