Trudy Kaye Wennerstrom, 49, of Rockford, died on May 12, 2007 at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center. Born July 10, 1957 in Stuckgard, Arkansas the daughter of Earl Steed and Mary Arnold (Chenhall).nbsp; Trudy married George Steve Wennerstrom August 1, 1992.nbsp; Trudy graduated from Winnebago High School in 1974.nbsp; She was a Data Entry/Customer Service Rep. for Tru Green*Chemlawn for 20 years.nbsp; Trudy had become an avid Cubs and Bears fan while enjoying the games with her husband Steve. She loved gardening, fishing, the outdoors and especially spending time at the cabin in northern Wisconsin and traveling south to Arkansas and Oklahoma to see her family. Trudy is survived by her husband, George Steve; her son, Nathan E. Walters; her brothers, Jerry Latta and James (Jennifer) Steed; her sisters, Mary Beth (Leroy) Carr,nbsp; Gayle (Kevin) Whitmore and Cathy (David) Lundy; her step-brothers, Danny (Phyllis) Arnold, Cecil Arnold and Fred (Carolyn) Arnold; her step-sister, Dona Arnold; her parents Earl Steed and Mary Arnold (Chenhall her mother-in-law, Joan Wennerstrom; many nieces and nephews and her very special friend, Kathy Anderson.nbsp; Trudy was preceded in death by her father-in-law, George Wennerstrom and her step-father, Cecil Arnold. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 19, 2007 at 11 A.M. at Fitzgerald Funeral Home amp; Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Rd., Rockford with Rev. David Demmer officiating.nbsp; Interment will be private.nbsp; Visitation will be on Saturday from 10 AM until time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
