Wilma Anne Stout, 79, of Rockford, passed away peacefully on July 7, 2017. Born February, 23, 1938 in Detroit, MI. Leaves beloved husband of almost 52 years, James K. Stout; daughter, Amy (Gene) Beljaeff of Madison, WI. and son, Paul Stout of Minneapolis, MN; 3 grandsons, Alexander, Nathaniel and Graham Beljaeff and her beloved cats, Kenny, Larry and Sister. A private family service will be held in Wilma’s garden per her request. In lieu of flowers memorials to Emmanuel Lutheran Food Pantry or PAWS Humane Society.
